Basic Math Skills: These are fat books which cover all the basic skills needed at each grade level. Each book is divided into sections by NCTM content standards. Reproducible pages include games and puzzles, drill and practice, problem solving and application, and tests in standardized formats. Also included is a resource section with timed tests, reproducible number facts flash cards, a class record sheet, a test answer form, and awards. There are 304 pages in each book.
Building Math Fluency: Computation Strategies, Practice, and Tests. 2008. The core of this series is the presentation and practice of computational strategies that provide students with tools for thinking about mathematical operations in logical ways. It addresses math standards which contain such terms as "numerical fluency," "computational accuracy," and "automaticity." These standards recognize that the ability to solve math facts quickly and accurately is an important part of mathematical learning. Books in this series provide the pages teaching math strategies, practice pages, tests, flashcards, and transparencies. Books are 160 pages, including answers. Correlated to state standards.
Daily Math Practice workbooks: Each book is divided into 36 weekly sections.Practice five items a day Monday through Thursday: * two computation problems * two items that practice a variety of math skills * one word problem Friday's lesson contains a single problem that is more extensive and may require multiple steps. These problems emphasize reasoning and communication in mathematics. There is an answer key for each week and a scope and sequence chart. The scope and sequence charts detail the specific skills to be practiced and show when they will be presented. The skills included are those found in math texts at each level. Books are available for grades 1-6. $15.29-D each

We're in the Pacific Time Zone We prefer you ask your questions about products
and availability by
e-mail, since that gives us more time to prepare a thoughtful answer and
keeps us from playing phone tag. Please remember to put our email address in
your address book if you have a spam filter or you won't ever get your answer
unless you also leave a phone number. We cannot usually tell you immediately over the phone if a
book is here. We have to walk two blocks to check the warehouse, so I usually
have to call you back or email you anyway. We do check our e-mail frequently
throughout the day when we are at home. If we should be out, and you leave a
message on our answering machine, we sometimes cannot hear the phone number
clearly to return your call. Those are some reasons why we recommend you email
us first. If you want us to call you, please leave your phone number and time
zone.
